True-to-Life Testing
Every injector that Phoenix Technique remanufactures is rigorously tested to ensure peak performance when installed in an engine. Our 9-point test program accurately mimics the engines pressure and electrical inputs. Crucial injector performance indicators - injected fuel quantity, injector response time, return fuel leakage and return fuel temperature - are closely monitored during testing.
It's the Little Things that Count
Most injector remanufacturers will emphasize their injectors match (or exceed) the OEM product when it comes to full load fuel delivery. Full load fuel delivery is where the power is after all - and power is what it's all about, right?
Phoenix Technique knows there's more to a good running truck than raw power. Driveability. Efficiency. Noise. A common rail system uses sophisticated injection strategies to optimize the performance of your vehicle at every engine speed and load, and it often does this with multi-stage injection events of tiny amounts of fuel - sometimes as little as 0.5 cubic millimeters of fuel per shot. These tiny, tightly controlled injection events are the difference between a smooth idle and a ragged one, between smooth acceleration and a stumble.
