Q: What form of payments do you accept?

Use of a major credit card through PayPal is the most widely used form of payment by our customers.

Q: Can I make payments over time?

Yes, provided you qualify for PayPal’s BillMeLater payment service. Please Click Here to learn more, or apply.

Q: Do I have to pay for shipping costs?

No, provided your order is over $150, you select UPS Ground Service as a shipping method and the shipping destination is within the contiguous United States. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may incurr an additional expense. Expedited or overseas orders will incurr additional handling and shipping fees.

Q: When will I receive my order?

We strive to ship orders recieved before 4:00PM CST on workdays that same day. Orders received after 4:00PM, on weekends, or on Federally Recognized Holidays will ship the next full business day. Your order will be shipping out of the Midwestern United States, and shipping time within the contiguous US is typically 2 to 3 days. We can expedite your order or change your shipping carrier at your request.

Q: Can shipments be tracked?

Yes, all necessary tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as we ship it.

Q: Can I return core to Phoenix Technique?

Yes, our packaging is designed to allow you to easily re-package and protect the core during return shipment. Please see our core acceptance and return guidelines for more information on core returns and core credits.

Q: What if I have core that I would like to sell to Phoenix Technique?

We’d be happy to look into how we can help. Please email with your core information for instance part number and quantity and we be happy to look into your request.

Q: When will I see my core credit?

Our goal is to inspect your core return and initiate credit processing within two business day of receiving your core.

Q: Can I return product I purchased?

Yes, provided the product packaging remains completely intact and your return is within 30 days of purchase. Please see our Product Return Guidelines for additional information.

Q: Do I get a warranty with my purchase?

Yes, for a period of one year within purchase. Please see our Warranty Guidelines for additional warranty exchange information.
